NeuroGraphics is a structured cognitive method for thinking, decision-making and goal modelling. Developed over a decade, used globally, and available to organisations in English - through LifeSketchr.

The method in a corporate context

Most organisational thinking happens in conversation. That is not always enough.

When complex problems are worked through verbally, the loudest voices tend to set the direction. Alignment is assumed rather than built. NeuroGraphics offers something different: a structured visual method that makes thinking tangible, shared and workable on paper. When a group works a question through drawing - to a structure, with a method - the thinking becomes something everyone can see, point at and build on together.

“Alongside the team outcomes, each participant benefits individually. The structured drawing process supports stress regulation, helps prevent burnout and reconnects people with creative thinking.”

The Team Alignment Session.

The Team Alignment Session.

The Team Alignment Session.

A shared model of where you’re going, built by everyone in the room.

A guided structured session, in person, where your team works a real question together on paper: a goal, a direction, a challenge they’re facing. They leave with a shared visual model they made together, with every voice in it.

It is also, simply, a genuinely good experience - the kind of team day people remember, that happens to produce something useful rather than just a nice afternoon.

The Workplace Reset.

The Workplace Reset.

The Workplace Reset.

A self-regulation tool each person learns and keeps, for working through pressure themselves.

The people who look like they’re coping are often the ones holding the most. In high-performing teams that tends to be worse - the capable ones absorb more before it shows.

The Workplace Reset equips them to do something about it themselves. It is a structured tool they learn properly and then carry for good.

The Workplace Reset equips them to do something about it themselves.

Grounded in serious science, this is what makes a demanding professional actually trust it, and use it.

What it gives your people is a genuine tool for regulating stress themselves, repeatably, for the rest of their working lives. And it draws on a method that goes considerably further.

Marina brings both the business background to understand what organisations actually need, and the depth of certification to deliver the method properly. The combination is not common.
